- 1 / 5By John TownsendI received a DD thermal cup for Christmas this year. 2016. The cup is starting to leak around the rim and moisture is getting between the cup and the outer shell. I took the cup back in today and wanted to exchange it for another one. The cup has no damage and has not been dropped. I was told by the asst manager John, even though the cup says dishwasher safe, I shouldn't put it in the dishwasher, and per his district manager, Tara Scott, I can not exchange the cup. And to add insult, I should just leave it in the sun and let it dry out. Really? Tara, Do I need to do this everyday? Very disappointed in that you can lose a customer over $10.February 02, 2017
