- 1 / 5By Erica RiveraThis Dunkin really needs to work on their customer service skills. They are so RUDE to people and they don't care at all. And I'd call and speak to a manager but I believe the woman with the blue hair is one and she is the rudest of them all. She has never even said good morning to me and I go there every morning. She just hands your coffee out the window without looking and you and when you thank her she doesn't reply or look at you. I think I will drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the Dunkin on 27 or 200. At least they are friendly. Kindness doesn't hurt. You might make better tips if you are nice to people.April 06, 2017
