  I stopped here on the way home from Georgia on December 15th, 2016 around 5 PM to order two pumpkin spice coffees. I have to give credit to the employee who was in there, as she seemed to be the only one. She was running back and forth between the counter and the drive-thru. As a result, the service was slow. I have to give her credit because I could tell she was working hard. According to my receipt, her name was Renee T. Thanks Renee! The coffee was good. They just need more employees.

  They Refuse to do refills on Cold Brewed coffee. "Not allowed".
  BS, all others do, except in cheap ass,Ocala Florida.Stay the hell away. Coffee tastes burned, attitudes suck.

  Waited in drive thru for 10 min. No one asked to take my order. Go inside... Wait behind another man for 5 min. Had to go to work and left. Always horrible service. Worst Dunkin yet.
